NDIS Eligibility
The NDIS is available to people who meet certain criteria. You may be able to access support if you:
- You live in Australia and are an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or hold an eligible visa.
- You are under 65 years of age when you apply.
- You have a permanent disability that affects your ability to manage everyday activities.
- You are a child under 9 with a developmental delay or a condition likely to have long-term impacts.
- You live in an area where the NDIS is available.
